As I shared in my earlier post “Having a Crappy Christmas? Jesus experienced it first”, we didn’t really expect much from Christmas 2017 since this December started out as a challenging one. But the Lord has a way of lovingly & laughingly exceeding our expectations way, way beyond what we can think or imagine! And that’s what happened this Christmas, which surprisingly turned out to be one of our favorites ever 💗🏆🎄

Yes, there was happiness & laughter this Christmas because of the food, gifts, fun games (crocodile + baby shark 🐊😂🦈) & prizes during our family reunions.

But there was also a deep joy that overflowed because of the unexpected realizations (I have so much in terms of family life that I take for granted which some people rarely experience), unexpected deep conversations (I will treasure each one), and an impromptu thanksgiving sharing (complete with iyakan 😂 Sino kaya yung umiyak?! 😜 Lol) that made me realize how much each of the members of our family values our family. Grabe! Kahit nag-mukha akong kamatis sa pamumula dahil sa kakaiyak, sulit pa rin 🍅 (Di lang ako mangga, kamatis din 😅 Lels!)

Our hearts are too full (same as our tummies after all the exceptionally delectable Christmas feasts 😍🍴🙆 Thanks for the foodz & gifts everyone!)… as I was saying before ginutom ako when I remembered the scrumptious food, our hearts are too full so we’ll just share the full story next time.
Let me just say: Thanks for all your Christmas greetings ✉ We haven’t had the chance to read or reply to everything yet since we’ve been on the go almost every day (and I try to be fully present during family reunions so I rarely check messages during parties) pero nakaka-good vibes to see how many of you remember us even if we haven’t been that active in social media lately 🌞 Salamat din for being so understanding!
